Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than big-box stores. Please read carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final (Custom & Made-to-Order Items)

All of our items are produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, model, or colour selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delays caused by the carrier

This includes art prints and phone cases, as each item is printed on demand.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged (e.g. torn print, cracked phone case)

  • There is a printing error or manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item or design

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will issue a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Phone Case Fit Disclaimer

Please double-check your phone model before ordering. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by selecting the wrong device model.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We do not require damaged or defective items to be returned
